I had a great stay overall at this hotel. The rooms were nice and well-equipped, and the service was professional and friendly. Although the location was convenient for exploring the city, it felt a bit unsafe in the surroundings. The dining options were good but a bit pricey at times.

The rooms were very nice and had all the facilities you would expect from a hotel of this standard. Our premier room was a pleasant surprise, spacious with two double beds and plenty of extra room. However, the cleanliness could have been better.

The service was professional, attentive, and very friendly. They even went above and beyond by arranging an ambulance for me during an emergency. Additionally, the dry cleaning and valet parking services were very convenient.

The hotel is in the heart of the city, perfect for sightseeing and within walking distance to many downtown attractions like the Georgia Aquarium and World of Coca Cola. However, the area felt a bit unsafe, especially for parking.

The dining experience was a mix of highs and lows. The Southern Expressions restaurant gave us a warm southern welcome, but the prices were a bit high, and there was a limited dining option on some days of my stay.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room, despite being a bit dusty with some stains on the sheets, had a great view and a nice touch with rose petals under the bed. However, housekeeping coming in early on the checkout day without permission was a downside.
